Spa Booking
We recommend that you book your desired treatment at least one day before your appointment to avoid disappointment.

Spa Etiquette
• Please switch off your mobile phone and other electronic devices when in the spa.
• Please note we say 'NO' to smoking in the Spa area.
• The consumption of alcohol within the spa is strictly prohibited.
• All treatments are based on a stringently clean & therapeutic approach.
The management reserves the right to remove any guest from the spa should they exhibit inappropriate behaviour, even though she/he was charged for the treatment.

Spa Arrival
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment for complete peace of mind.
• The spa will do its best to accommodate latecomers, but the duration of their treatment may be shortened, or treatment may be rescheduled.
• Gentlemen are advised to shave three hours prior to any facial treatment.
• For best results, it is recommended that guests relax for at least 30 minutes after any spa treatments.
• We recommend that guests refrain from wearing jewelry or carrying valuables into the spa. Management will not be liable for the loss of money or valuables brought into the spa.

Payment & Refund Policy
• Please do not pay in cash at the spa as all charges will be credited to your room.
• All treatments in the spa are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Special Consideration
• Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure or any other medical conditions are advised to consult the doctor before using spa facilities or enjoying treatments.
• Management shall not be responsible for any unforeseen allergic reaction from any treatment received.
• Children under 16 are not permitted to use spa facilities.

Cancellation Policy
• As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give a minimum three-hour notice if you intend to cancel the appointment.
Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the treatment is the cancellation occurs less than three hours prior to the appointment.
• Guests who do not turn up for their appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
